Chris Gurdjian is a Partner at 11 Capital, where he oversees acquisitions, underwriting, and disposition strategy. With over 20 years of experience spanning both lending and real estate development, Chris brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to investment decision-making.

Aaron Rogers is 11 Capital's Executive Vice President of Investments. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the firm's real estate transactions, including sourcing, structuring, and executing acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Aaron brings over 10 years of investment real estate experience in acquisitions, financing, and asset management. He is a Seattle area native and received his BA from Seattle Pacific University concentrating in Finance.

Peter Augier is the Director of Acquisitions at 11 Capital, where he leads the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of the firm's real estate investment opportunities. He also directs market research and analysis efforts to identify target markets that align with the firm's strategic objectives. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan and a master's degree in real estate with a concentration in finance from Georgetown University.

Jack Blair is an Investment Analyst at 11 Capital, where he supports the firm's acquisition strategy through detailed underwriting, market research, and financial analysis. In his role, he evaluates prospective investment opportunities, analyzes market fundamentals, and contributes to transaction execution across the firm's target markets. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Real Estate from Santa Clara University.

Betsy Schanno leads the Asset Management team for 11 Capital's multifamily investment division consisting of 4,000 units across multiple states. Betsy is responsible for developing strategies to enhance asset values, oversees and implements the repositioning and recapitalizations, while ensuring operational management meets 11 Capital's values. Betsy brings 18 years of operational management and investment analysis in the Multifamily industry and is a Seattle native with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.

Jennifer Eymann is the Manager of Revenue Management at 11 Capital, where she leads rent pricing strategy and revenue performance across a diverse portfolio of multifamily and self-storage assets. She began her real estate career in 2008, advancing through on-site roles before transitioning to the ownership side as an Asset Manager in 2021. Jennifer combines hands-on operational experience with strategic insight to optimize both short-term results and long-term asset value.

Barrett Crane provides leadership to all aspects of Glacier West Storage operations. He is the storage insider, bringing 10+ years of Storage REIT experience to building this business platform. Barrett provides storage guidance to the acquisitions team and sits on the 11 Capital Leadership team. Barrett brings 25 years of multi-unit retail management experience with Fortune 500 companies and served in the US Navy before finishing his education at Concordia University Portland.

Shannon Reed serves as Executive Vice President of Accounting at 11 Capital, where she oversees all financial operations, reporting, and accounting functions across the firm's portfolio.

Yolanda Armijo serves as 11 Capital's EVP of People Operations. In her role she oversees training, marketing, software, and compliance teams. With over 30 years of experience in property operations and 17 years of training and development experience, she is a well-respected industry leader. Yolanda is certified as an Instructional Designer and Master Trainer from Langevin and also holds Advanced Facilitator NAAEI credentials.

Michael Rucker serves as VP of Multifamily Operations at 11 Capital, where he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm's multifamily portfolio across multiple markets in the Western U.S. region.

Marina Herrera serves as VP of Storage Operations at 11 Capital, where she oversees the day-to-day management and performance of the firm's self-storage portfolio under the Glacier West platform.

Jordan Bentley is the Director of Information Technology & Business Intelligence at 11 Capital. He is responsible for the company's IT operations while concurrently developing and implementing cutting-edge business intelligence tools and systems across the organization. Jordan spent six years within the technology industry before pivoting to real estate in 2019 when he joined 11 Capital. He received his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in Finance.

Jennifer Harney serves as Director of Marketing at 11 Capital, where she leads the firm's marketing strategy and brand initiatives across its multifamily and self-storage platforms.

Sharon Malo serves as Director of Accounting at 11 Capital, where she supports the leadership team in financial reporting, cash management, and intercompany transactions across the firm's portfolio.

Kimberly Olander serves as Director of Compliance at 11 Capital, where she oversees regulatory compliance and risk management across the firm's multifamily and self-storage portfolio.

Jamie Hannity serves as Director of Maintenance at 11 Capital, where he oversees maintenance operations and capital improvement projects across the firm's multifamily and self-storage portfolio.

Amy Hesman serves as Director of Software at 11 Capital, where she leads the development and implementation of technology solutions that support the firm's operations and business intelligence initiatives.

Nicole Daniels serves as Manager of Marketing at 11 Capital, where she supports the firm's marketing efforts and brand presence across its multifamily and self-storage platforms.

Crystal Belsha serves as Manager of Accounting at 11 Capital, where she supports the firm's financial operations and reporting across its portfolio.

Bella Gelfuso is 11 Capital's Office Administrator, where she manages the daily operations and maintenance for 11 Capital's various departments. She assists with cross-departmental projects and drafting and managing internal and external communications. A Washington native, Bella received her Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Creative Writing from Western Washington University.
